Not much, just one shot. Then ice, one shot of vanilla vodka, orange juice and pineapple juice. Shake them all and strain the cocktail over ice cubes into a highball glass. But the top of the tops is the "Vanilla Manhattan".
This is as tasty as it's easy to prepare: one shot vanilla vodka, one shot sweet vermouth, a sip of Angostura Bitter, ice and a cocktail glass. Stir! Don't shake!
Finally, a favorite: "Mango Vanilla Mojito" - a fresh, exotic mixture of lime, mint and vanilla flavors. To prepare it you need fresh mint leaves, club soda, rum, vanilla syrup, mango nectar, ice and two lime wedges.
You squeeze the lime into a small glass, add wedges and mint (four-five leaves) and crush them for a few seconds with a spoon. Add soda, three tablespoons of rum, vanilla syrup and nectar, stir gently and serve over ice.
If you don't have vanilla syrup you can make it yourself: boil water and granulated sugar (in equal parts), then add a dash of salt and about two tablespoons vanilla extract. Yummy!
